Brief Bio

Barr. Stephen Iorlumun Ibyem died on 27th December 2023 at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi, after a very brief illness.

Until his death, he was the Head of Legal Department at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Yola, Adamawa State. He was also the Assistant Secretary General of Class of 1991.

May his soul rest in peace. 🙏
